Steve Gluckman is a highly regarded speaker, author, executive and serial entrepreneur who has consistently been on the forefront of disruptive learning approaches and technologies.

He currently serves as the founder and CEO of SkillBurst Interactive, the leading developer of customized on-demand learning for the world’s largest law firms and their corporate clients.

Steve was appointed by Harvard University to serve as a Senior Fellow with Harvard's Center for Business and Government and is the author of E-Learning for Law Firms, a best-selling book published by the American Bar Association.

Named a “Trusted Advisor” by the Professional Development Consortium every year since 2015 and a “Pioneer of Legal Microlearning” by the Centre for Legal Innovation, Steve was appointed Special Advisor to the CEO of the Democratic National Convention Committee in 2004 and authored an IBM-sponsored case study for Harvard's "Leadership for a Networked World" program.

Steve served on the leadership team of a large US-based law firm (a NALP Award of Distinction for Innovation and Technology recipient). He was also named a 2015 “DisruptTheDefault” award winner.

Previously, Steve served as President and CKO with a middle-market professional services firm recognized as one of America’s “Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises” – ranking 16th among a field of honorees dominated by top corporations, including Apple, Google, IBM and Microsoft.

Steve was also the Founder and President of Distributed Insight, Inc. which he sold to Global Communications in 2007.

Steve holds an MPA from Harvard University and a B.S. in Computer Science & Information Science from the Watson School of Engineering in New York.
